Chandigarh B.Ed. Admission – 2025

for Admission in Colleges of Education Affiliated to Panjab University Situated in Chandigarh

Directorate of Higher Education, Chandigarh Administration has appointed the Panjab University, Chandigarh as the Competent Authority to conduct admission to B.Ed. (General), B.Ed. (Yoga) and B.Ed. Special Education (Intellectual Disability) courses of duration of two academic years for the session 2025-27 in the Colleges of Education affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh, and situated in U.T. Chandigarh, based on merit of the entrance test as per the provision of the Gazette of India para no 3.3 of NCTE.

Registration Fee (Non-refundable):

Those who aspire to take admission in the following colleges may apply online as per the schedule on the website: https://chandigarhbed.puchd.ac.in:

1. Government College of Education, Sector 20 D, Chandigarh
2. Dev Samaj College of Education, Sector 36 B (for women only)
3. Govt. College of Yoga Education & Health, Sec 23 A, Chandigarh
4. Brahmrishi Yoga Training College, Sector 19-A, Chandigarh
5. Govt. Rehabilitation Institute for Intellectual Disabilities, Chandigarh (GRRID), Sector 31-C, Chandigarh.

Follow these steps for Registration

1. Read the Information Brochure carefully.
2. Register Online. [Last date for registration: July 04, 2025 (Friday)].
3. Note down your Login ID and Password (login details will be sent to your registered Email Id also).
4. Login to your account to pay the fee online. [Last date for submission of fee: July 05, 2025 (Saturday)].
5. After successful payment, complete your form. Complete each section ( Profile, Academic Qualification, Admission Pool, Documents) carefully and lock each section. (Once you lock the section, you will not be allowed to change information in that section). [last date for completion of form: July 06, 2025 (Sunday)]
6. Download your Admit Card after July 09, 2025 (Wednesday). (Bring one photo identity proof like Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport etc., at the Examination centre, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to enter the Examination Hall).
7. After the declaration of result of the entrance test, the qualified candidates have to attend the counseling for admission, whose schedule is given in the Information Brochure available at the website. Take the printout of the Application Form from your account after the declaration of the Entrance Test Result and bring it along with other required documents at the time of counseling.
