Admission for these courses will be made based on merit determined by scores of the candidates in the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 conducted by IIMs, followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD & PI). All candidates aspiring to apply for MBA Programmes at UBS must have taken the Common Admission Test (CAT) – 2024 conducted by the IIMs. The candidates are advised to visit the UBS admission website https://ubsadmissions.puchd.ac.in for detailed instructions and procedure for participation in the admission process. The application’s hard copy and necessary documents should reach UBS by 24.02.2025 (Monday) up to 04:00 p.m. No application shall be accepted thereafter. Panjab University shall not be responsible for any postal delay in delivery or loss of the application form in transit.

STEPS TO FOLLOW :

1. Read carefully the UBS Handbook of Information.
2. Register Online. [last date for registration: February 03, 2025 (Monday)].
3. Note down your Login ID and Password (login details will be sent to your registered Email ID also).
4. Login to your account to pay the fee online. [last date for submission of fee: February 06, 2025 (Thursday)].
5. After successful payment, complete your form. Upload scanned photograph, signature, fill other important information. Complete each section ( Profile, Categories, Academic Qualification) carefully and lock each section. (Once you lock the section, you will not be allowed to change information in that section). [last date for completion of form: February 10, 2025 (Monday)]
6. Take printout of the application form and submit/send it along with the required documents to the address mentioned on the printout of the application form. [last date for submission of hard copy of application form & documents: February 24, 2025 up to 4:00 p.m. ].

Registration Fee (Non-refundable):

NOTE :

• In no case, the Registration fee, once paid, shall be refunded.
• Candidates are required to submit a copy of the printout of their filled Application form along with the requisite documents (mentioned on the printout of the application form) to Assistant Registrar, University Business School, Arts Block – III, Panjab University, Chandigarh-160014 by registered post/speed post or by hand on or before February 24, 2025 upto 4:00 p.m.
• Mere login ID creation OR deposit of fee does not mean that the candidate has completed his/her online application form. An incomplete form leads to candidature cancellation. Any request for completion of the form after the due date will not be entertained.
